Combining his passion for great cooking and artisan cocktail making plus his love of beer, wine and spirits, Mathew Smallbane created Fatman and Friends.
While designing the drinks menu for his pop-up restaurant, Tasmanian-born Mathew, came up with the idea of creating his own version of his favourite drink, the Negroni.
Mathew spent time developing and creating the perfect blend: a good dry gin with notes of juniper and spice, the citrus aromas of sweet vermouth and the herbaceous floral tang of Italian bitters - with a subtle blend of aromatics.
Fatman’s Aged Negroni is his interpretation of this much-loved cocktail bringing it up-to-date for the modern palate.
